Our products are brand new and comes with 30 day replacement warranty.
We will gladly accept the return for exchange or refund for 30 days from the date of purchase. One Year Warranty is prorated direct from Manufacturer on certain items.
Item must be returned to Richbattery within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Richbattery, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
The following applies for returns or exchanges:
The product, including the shipment box, packaging and all accessories, must be in original condition. Avoid making any markings or writing on the box.
Some items are non-returnable, including software, custom labels and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, printheads, card stock, RFID tags, Deep Cycle, Lead Acid Products and special items).
Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Customer is responsible for return and RMA Shipping.
Refunds may be subject to 15% restocking fee. No return for Refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
Maintain all of the original packaging in the event you need to return a product, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Do not write or place stickers on the original manufacturer’s packaging.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and may result in the merchandise being returned to you:
Any product that has been found to be damaged due to physical abuse or misuse
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
Any product that exhibits physical damage
Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
Any special order product
Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box
